  • 04 - 30 min or so indoor soccer with a friend's rec-league team (they were short a girl)
  • 04 - 1 hour weights
  • 05 - 45-min hi-low class; 60-min yoga class
  • 05 - 3 miles running, 30 laps swimming.

    06 - I think I'll just circuit train and maybe run.
  • 06 - 20 min HIIT on the treadmill, 45-min yoga class
  • goal 30 min cardio per day

    8: 1 mile outside (yay for melting snow), 2 miles on treadmill
  • 05 - day off -- felt sick

    07 - 6 mile run
    08 - 7 mile run
  • 07 - 15 min walk to the grocery store (rest day)
    08 - 60-min hi-low class; 60-min stability ball class
    09 - 45-min upper bodyabs class; 3x10 min running on the treadmill
  • I've done Wii Fit 5 days in a row - today for an hour an a half! And it doesn't seem at first terribly hard, but my abs and legs have been sore.
  • 8- 1 mile outside, 2miles treadmill
    9- 2 mile run
    10- 30min spinning
  • 45 minutes TM.
