  • I usually aim for five days a week. On the days that I don't workout intensely, I try to do something - yoga, walking, dancing at the club etc.
  • When I am really living an OP lifestyle, I aim for 5 to 6 days a week and rest on Sundays.
  • Thanks for all of the replies everyone!! Lots of good info. I guess a break is what I needed as I haven't worked out since Thursday and now I'm itching too!! Back on the horse tomorrow.
