    I'd like to join up! I HAD an accountability buddy here that I kept up with almost daily but she hasn't logged in for a few weeks now. So I'd like to keep it up if I can!

  • I did the 3 mile WATP with Weights today. Leslie works my last nerve though.
  • I was looking for a work-out buddy so we could motivate each other, but this will work! Last year was a disaster nutrition and exercise-wise, so I'm hoping to do well this year...even if I have to do it in baby steps. My goal is to do 10 minutes on my exercise bike each weekday morning and then some other cardio in the afternoon or evening for at least 20 minutes.

    01- recovering from 12/31
    02 - 10 minutes exercise bike
    03- 15 minutes exercise bike
    04 - 25 minutes exercise bike
    05- 10 minutes exercise bike and 25 minutes treadmill
  • 1/5 30 min Turbo Jam 3T
  • 04 - Walk to the grocery store, about 15 min
    05 - Bike to work and back, about 50 min
  • 01- free weights for 30 mins, push ups and lunges
    02 - outside running - 4.5 miles, crunches, push ups
    03 - outside running (6am/24 degrees) 4.5 miles
    04 - free weights 30 mins, push ups, squats
    05 - 5 miles running outside at 5:30am

    I sent you a link? I'm so helpful I don't even know it. Anyway, glad you found the thread--welcome! I love this thread. I've said it before and I'll say it again: I love at the end of the month, when I look back over the while month's exercise all listed out. So satisfying, and so totally worth it.
