I don't like name dropping because I'm very afraid of forgetting someone.

There are SO many people on this web site who I admire; so many people who have made me smile and laugh; so many people who have given me great advice both at the start of my weight loss journey and all through my maintenance; so many people who have inspired me; so many people who I feel virtually connected to; so many people who I feel would be the net of encouragement if I ever fell off plan for too long; so many people who have made an impact on my life who may not even be aware of it (but hopefully, one day, I will get to personally tell you) and so many people who I hope I have been able to make laugh, smile, and think, too.

I will, however, mention the founders of 3FC - to Suzanne, Jennifer, and Amy, thank you for taking the time to create this site. I will also thank ALL the members for joining and posting, allowing this beautiful support network to become larger (literally!) by the second.

I too have a "personal" connection with so many of you! Too many to mention as I am sure to forget someone and in no way would want anyone left out.

From my Christian Encouragers to my Weight Loss Support 5K's and Pity Parties to my General Chatter nonsense I can't thank the POWER CHICKS enough for letting me stay for these past almost 7 years and almost 10,000 posts!
