  • When I first starting changing my life in June, my cycles were late. Now, they have evened out. My cramps are almost unnoticable now too. I think it's because of my workout routine.
  • Same here. I used to be incapacitated the first day of my period...would just sit in the bathroom and cry from all the pain. I also had a longer cycle, usually 6 weeks between periods. PMS would always start 2 weeks after my period and then last for 4 weeks until the next one. It sucked. When I changed my eating habits, TOM started coming closer to 28 days, but the cramps were still unbearable. It wasn't until I starting adding intense cardio 4 times a week that they decreased significantly. In fact, TOM arrived today and I had no idea that I had even gotten it. No cramps whatsoever.
  • For me its exercise and weight loss in general that have made my period shorter and lighter. In the past when I lost weight I was still eating crap, just less of it, I experienced relief but as soon as I gained the weight back the unbearable cramps and the 7 day heavy ordeal returned.
  • I wish mine changed. I still get awful cramps and it lasts a good 5 days.
