5 Day OP Challenge Round 2!

  • I'm in too!! My goals are: Stay at around 1900 calories or 30-34 WW points (I'm breastfeeding so I have to keep my calorie intake up). Work out everday. NO overeating.

  • I'm such a LOSER. I started this challenge last week in hopes that if I started something, i'd have to maintain reliability but... I failed


    So I WILL STAY OP this week

    Monday: OP plus a 50 min run! My goal this month is hour runs YES.
    Tuesday: OP but, not with good foods, and no gym At least I gave away the cookies I made tonight! I did have 2 though....

  • I'm in again! It's going to be a tough week since I'll be in KC for 3 days with interview/apartment hunting.

    1) Some sort of workout everyday.
    2) 1200-1500cals MWF 1500-1800 TTH
    3) Drink more water. I've been slacking.

    Monday: Under on calories but no gym. I ran last night b/c I was pretty sure I wouldn't make it to my awkward gym hours.
    Tuesday:I didn't do anything bad.. except not work out!
    Wednesday:I had McDonalds other than that I did awesome.
    Thursday:I literally walked for 6 hours in downtown looking for apartments. so exhausted by the time i drove home, no fast food though!

  • Yay! I can do this!! I did so well last week and then Friday came along and kicked my butt. My plan is same as last week- 22 pts w/three days of activity

    Monday: so far so good. W: 154 Pts: 22 (heck yes!)
    Tuesday:W: 153 Pts: 22 (yet again, success!!)
    Wednesday:W: 152: 26 Pts (a bit over, but still good imo)

  • I would love to join you in this challenge! I love actions-based challenges since actions are what we have control over - what the scale says is not always up to us, you know?

    Goals are to run 3 times, at least 2 miles each, and to eat mostly WW Core foods (and hopefully burn off the non-Core ones through activity).

  • How was the first day of the 2nd challenge? I gave myself 200 extra calories to blow because I was feeling like I was gonna cheat, so instead go crazy I thought 200 extra would help curb that.
  • Don't forget to record your days, girls!! This worked so good last week. Let's keep keeping each other accountable!
  • Good idea on the 200 extra's chance. I should do that instead of just saying "screw it, i'm eating this whole bag" genious!

    Good luck tomorrow everyone! Tomorrows goal is to get up early and hit the gym so I can get a work out in!
  • Kind of temporarily forgot about the challenge Despite that I remained OP. Couldn't run as planned on Monday as there were some random people in the gym of our complex and I didn't feel comfortable going in there, so I stayed in the living room and did TurboSculpt. My inner thighs are still sore! Food has been pretty much OP. It's TOM all of the sudden so I do not expect a loss despite my good work so far!

  • i am doing my best >.< may have eaten more than i have recorded today because i had to estimate some things, but at least i got to the gym
  • Since I haven't lost anything this week, I decided to have more calories today & see if that helps. I don't think it can really hurt. I have stayed OP for 10 days straight, so maybe my body just needs a shock. I'm still staying on top of my water intake (it's been over 100oz everyday), and I am going to do Pilates later.

    How is everyone else doing?
  • i havent lost anything this week either. But im fluctuating like 700g a day which is really annoying. Thats like, 2 pounds or something. I just want to lose weight, is that so much to ask for???
