Carey I'm totally cool with you as team leader. And it's totally appropriate with you working at a gym

I like the idea of putting stuff at the top.
Ok, so offical starting weight this morning was
205 (up 4 lbs from my last weigh-in - yuck!) but I think it's mostly water weight. I'm going to totally guzzle water this week and see if I can't get it back down. My ultimate goal is
150.
For exercise, I'm currently doing 30 Day Shred as well as jogging here and there.
For diet, I was counting calories, but I wanted to make it exact, and I can't, so I'm just tyring to eat less crap and smaller portions of food in general. I had stopped drinking pop all together a few months back, but now I'm back to at least one can/20 oz bottle of decaffinated fizzy beverage per day. I think in honor of keeping to this challenge, I'm going to give it up again save for sprite in my mixed boozy beverages that I have on occassion.
Strengths: Exercise is slowly becoming something I enjoy instead of loathe, so I've been doing it just about every day in one form or another, and I LOVE fruits and veggies.
Weaknesses: I have a bum ankle that gives me an easy excuse not to exercise, we just got 200 channels of satellite tv after having only a handful of channels for 2 years, so it's been tempting to be lazy and sit on the couch every night watching tv instead of being active. And in spite of my love of fruits and veggies, I also have an insatiable sweet tooth. Finally, I sit on my butt all day at work, and I work for a food brokerage, so we have lots of free food all over the place and NONE of it is healthy, and ALL of it is yummy.
I can't wait to get started! GO TEAM YELLOW!!
