I am 2 months postpartum. I was close to 300 lbs when I gave birth and thankfully I have lost all my pregnancy weight but seeing as I was about 250 when I got pregnant I still have a ways to go. I've been noticing that the skin over my lower abdomen doesn't have any feeling to it. I don't know if this is a result of my c-section or weighing so much while pregnant or what. It is not the whole area that is numb, I can poke the area and I can feel that but I could probably poke the skin with a pin in some spots and I wouldn't feel it. Does this sound really weird or what? I haven't seen the doctor since I figured this out so I haven't had the chance to ask about it. I think it is probably from the surgery but I wanted to ask if anyone else has had this or heard about it.
