    I am joining in......for the past few months I haven't eaten well or exercised....today I started over again...and although I didn't do well on food....I did get some exercise in. I hope to do better on the food tomorrow.

  • Another good day but Sunday is my biggest challenge for the week. It is traditionally our treat day since Sunday morning is our official weekly weigh-in. I'll have to try to behave today (especially since this past week has been so good for me)!!

    Yay for everybody starting the challenge in or near a new decade!

    It's rainy and only 59 degrees, and I'm having French toast with sauteed apples (and vanilla cinnamon maple Greek yogurt) instead of pancakes with strawberries. I feel so Fall

  • Stayed the same weight today as yesterday (160.8-161). I consider this to be a victory tho because yesterday was my birthday and I did have dessert (altho it was a small amount) as well as some sushi. I also took yesterday as a rest day from exercise.
  • Not much of a change for me yet.
    I've set me up some really nice rewards for when I reach certain goal weights....so I'm ready to work the booty off...LOL! My first reward is a shopping trip the day after Thanksgiving! YAYYY! I'm soooo excited! I can't wait. I just know I'm gonna make my goal.

    TOM moved in yesterday so I'm expecting some slight gainage...but nothing that will stick once TOM is gone....looking forward to staying on plan during TOM and getting that nice post TOM whoosh!

    Didn't weigh in today... I have been doing well with the OP eating, if only I could get my butt to the gym! I'm going after work tomorrow, cause I am NOT paying for a gym membership and then not using it!

  • Well I didn't do too badly on Sunday but I am up a bit. At least it's not like the gains I used to manage on my Sundays past What did me in was the pie and ice cream we had in the evening... But it was good I have already done my couch to 5K run this morning and am back on track. Here's to a good week
