I am changing when I do my exercise, and I think I am going to break it up into two sessions, aerobic exercise and stretching in the morning, and anaerobic exercise and stretching before bed.

___5/8 - I injured my shoulder by pushing myself further than I should have in exercise. So I am taking the day off of exercise, but I will go back to it tomorrow.
5/9 - I skipped again. I had to go to the dr. to check out what is wrong with me. Need to revamp my plan anyway.
