Since I was on vacation for part of this challenge, I am going to include what I did on those days in this even though I didn't find out about the challenge until today
Monday: 30 minutes walking ~
DONE ~
went sight seeing and walked around the different stadiums around Phoenix including the University of Phoenix Stadium (Arizona Cardinals), Jobing.com Arena (Phoenix Coyotes), US Airways Center (Phoenix Suns), Chase Field (Arizona Diamondbacks), SunDevil Stadium (Arizona State University) and also the Hard Rock Cafe
Tuesday: 15 minutes jogging ~
DONE ~
jogged in the morning before breakfast and packing the car to go to the airport
Wednesday: 30 minutes @ the gym (treadmill & weights) ~ Not done but did do shopping and cleaning after returning from vacation.
Thursday: 30 minutes @ the gym (treadmill & weights) ~ Not done

Friday: 30 minutes @ the gym (treadmill & weights) ~
DONE ~
Didn't make it to the gym, but did get in an 90 minute walk
Saturday: 60 minutes @ the gym (going to try out Kettlebell with a friend) ~
DONE ~
60 minutes at gym but no Kettlebell - 30 minutes treadmill, 10 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes weights, 5 minutes crunches/push ups.
Sunday: 60 minutes @ the gym (swimming/treadmill/weights) ~
DONE &
DONE ~
2 hours at the gym - 60 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes doing various types of crunches, 10 minutes arm weights.
