
Morning ladies... ROUGH week. DH and I were sick last week.. and the kids are sick this week. My poor child can't get any rest at night because every time she lays down she fills up and starts coughing. So that means mama has been up all night this week too... averaging about 3 hours sleep a night. However all the running up and down the stairs all night is GREAT exercise. *rolling eyes*.
Weight is going back down after a slight 4 pound gain.. not eating for a week then being able to eat again is NOT a good thing. I'm going to slide back down to phase 1 on Monday to see if I can get rid of the cravings again. I'm doing really well with the eating but I'm craving sweets in a big way. *sigh*

I don't know who has the best foliage but I drove up and over the Green Mountains and through the Mohawk Valley and admired some incredible views all along.
