I am going to park at the far end of the parking lot or walk around the stores longer during errands, if it means I get my exercise in!
Two reasons I should do this:
-It makes me feel good!
-I actually get to READ something other than a school book.
Reward:
-Going back to the day spa to get another facial and massage!!!!

9/26: Walked up and down hills and stairs, ran around 30 mins
9/27: Treadmill 45 mins, 15 mins abs
9/28: Walking around Julian, 40 mins
9/29: Walked 35 mins at lunch
9/30: Walked 35 mins at lunch, treadmill 45 mins
10/1: Treadmill 50 mins
10/2: Walked 32 mins at lunch, treadmill 35 mins
10/3: Walked 32 mins at lunch
