  • 05 - Bike to work and back, about 55 min. 45 min at a 'body sculpt' class in the gym by work that I'm thinking of joining. And she kicked my butt! I'm sore now.

    5 minutes or so stretching.
  • 06 - Bike to the store to pick up my new mp3 player (um, for working out, of course ) and then to the grocery and then home, with 20 pounds of groceries on my back. About 90 minutes biking in total.
