  • Ok, Im in! I missed the last half of last month, my grandfather died but I am back on track this month. Hopefully getting to know girls better while I do it too!
    Food: 2pts Good choices focusing on fruits, veggies and healthy protein and carbs. I need to start tracking calories but I think Im doing ok for now.
    Water: 1pt 64oz a day minimum
    Exercise: 1pt At least 30 min walk on work days and get some extra cardio in on 3x's a week.
