Allison, I have no Trader Joe's nearby. The closest one is over an hour away. But thanks for the suggestion.
Yesterday I ate 3 yogurts, one Breyers Light and 2 Dannons. And didn't love the taste of any of them. Ticked me off how I consumed 240 calories instead of 180 and/or how I got to eat only 3 of them, instead of 4. This is not going to work.
I think I may be giving the plain, non fat yogurt a try with some mix ins. It won't be the same thing, that's for sure. I really loved the fact how *instant* those yogurts were. And that I really, really enjoyed and looked forward to eating them. But, I've got to be open minded.
