Yesterday I did great as well, I even avoided the brownies and koolaid that were handed to me at church! I'm teaching vacation bible school this week, and every night there is a sugary calorie packed snack for the kids and helpers. I'll just have to keep saying no. It's hard though, because then everyone looks at me - I'm the only person saying no... People think something is wrong with me. Agh.
Today has been good so far, I had a great smoothie with an energy boost this morning at work (i work at coldstone). I just sipped on it while I worked - lasted me like 2 hours, it was great!!! And only like 150 calories, kept me full all morning. Awesome!

If you enter your exercise into Daily Plate, it will adjust your calories, allowing you to eat more. Beware, though - it tends to overestimate the amount of calories we burn when we work out. In any case, I doubt an extra banana is going to hurt, especially if you're eating less than 1200 calories to begin with.
