I totally agree. August NEEDS to be my comeback month or I fear I am going to go by the waysides and give up!
I am joining the YMCA today that is right near my new house that we're moving to, so once school starts I will have a close gym to go to! I can't wait!!!
Until then I need to up my cardio to at least 3 times a week no more excuses!

I really think packing your lunch and eating most meals "in" is what it takes for healthy eating.
