Well I feel awful! I had a mini binge yesterday. But I'm in for a binge-free Wed!!

Hey leelily, hope you had a great binge-free day! I'm at work today so I should be fine but sometimes when I come home I go absolutely crazy... so this will be the tesing day. I figure if I cook a nice meal when I get home rather than something small and quick it might keep the munchies away.
