  • walked/jogged about 2 miles yesterday, today is a rest day, back to moving my butt tomorrow.
  • whoohoo...got my five days in... today I was going to do the treadmill, but hubby was sick, and I mean SICK, and I don't drive, so I had to walk to get him some gatorade, because he was really, really worrying me... well, I was scared to leave him home alone for too long, so I ran half the way... I haven't run in years, and don't plan on doing it again any time soon rough stuff... luckily, he's doing better, and now I got my aerobic workout in... gonna do some crunches before bed too, as many as I can handle...
  • Walked 3 miles yesterday, didn't do any jogging though. I've got new running shoes and I want to break them in without getting too many blisters.
  • I did not move my butt this weeeknd, no excuses. Plan on moving it tonight!
