    Missed my weekly AGAIN DARNIT!!! I started running again... I'm sure this is going to screw with my weight loss for a couple of weeks, but this time I have to be consistent about it, I'm officially in (1/2) marathon training which requires running 4 days out of the week.

    I'm going to try again for 140 by Monday - wish me luck!

  • Yeesh. It's been about a month, and I've only lost about 3 pounds. Man, I knew I hadn't been doing so well, but yowch. It hurts to see that.

    So, I've got just under 3 weeks and 7 pounds to go. If I stick to it, I *might* be able to do it. I've gotta get back on track.

    I can do it.

    I freeking did it..............well....almost........ I, for the first time in about 2 years, made a goal.............I was short by 0.2 lbs, but that is darn close enough for me!!! I have been actively trying, with some bad days every now and then since Julyish.......and I am definitely on a downward trend. I am staring to get hopefull.........

    I got sidetracked by the Thallenger and completely forgot about this one! I didn't make my goal, but I now realize that these last 16lbs will take a lot longer than I expected.
  • My centre was closed for Labour Day and they are now closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I haven't weighed in yet. But as of last Wednesday, I still had about 6 pounds to lose. I'm that far off track as well.

    I've started working out though and I'm really paying attention to everything I eat. So hopefully I'll have some good news when I step on that scale tomorrow!
