  • Good luck on the WI tomorrow, BB. Just don't let the scale dictate how you feel!
  • Day 3 success~!! I'm thrilled. I've been walking daily as well - even with the heat.

    BB, I use the points when I want something non core. Personally I'm ok with just eating core foods, there is such a big variety and so many things I can create from those foods. I'm not one to need bread. When I use the WPAs I tend to eat non healthy food since the core foods are so healthy and the list leaves me wanting for little. Or I have my wine.....

  • Wednesday was day 3 for me as well! I ate 1 point all day as I ate a ww fudgesicle. It was yummy!
  • Stayed op for day three and hangin' in there for day four
  • OK used 2 wpas on day 4 (had some triscuits!). Oh well, lets see if today can be day 4.....
  • Made it through day four. Here's to day five!
  • I'm counting today's fare as Core...so Day 3 for me.

  • Successful day five! Day four/day five, I'm not sure I'm counting right, but I've stayed core since the challenge started.
  • Today was a "squishy" core day, but I'll count it as #4.

  • Friday was day 4 for me and saturday was day 5! I made it!!
  • I know I completed the challenge because I ate on core all week. I'm just not sure how many days it was.
  • I only made 3 out of 5 this week of Hard core. I'll try again next week. The days not core, I did track my wpas and I'm within my 35, so I guess its not too bad.
