  • 32 Minutes walking for me = 261

    Group total: 1,239 + 32 = 1,271
  • 120 min of hiking and playing in the river.

    Group total: 1,271 + 120 = 1391
  • 30 min weight training yesterday.

    Group total 1391 + 30 = 1421
  • Here is my exercise minutes total for the week. 540 minutes plus 1421 former group total = 1961 New group total.
  • Friday - 25 mins NuStep, 60 mins weight lifting, 25 mins swimming.
    Sunday 15 mins Nu-Step, 25 mins swimming.
    Personal total 255 mins.
    New Group total 1961 + 255 = 2216 mins
  • 55 min -- 15 on the treadmill and 40 weights.

    Group total ~ 2216 + 55 = 2271 min
  • 20 min -- 5.25 miles on bike

    Group total ~ 2271 + 20 = 2291 min

    My total 110 minutes (13.25 miles + 60 minutes of yard work)
  • Ugh. I couldn't do math, so I underestimated my minutes by 10 on 7/4, so adding that in today. Also, 91 walking and gym since I last posted + 10 lost minutes = making my total 362.

    Group Total = 2291 + 101 = 2392
  • 60 min for me!

    Group total ~ 2392 + 60 = 2452 min
  • 2452 min + 31 minutes (8 miles on bike) = 2483 minutes

    My total 141 minutes (21.25 miles)
  • 146 hiking today and 35 gym yesterday = 181 + 362 = 543 for me

    Group total = 2483 + 181 = 2664
  • 30 minutes riding bike (8 miles) + 2664 = 2694 minutes

    My total 171 minutes (29.25 miles)
  • Monday - Weight lifting workout - 65 mins
    Wednesday 20 mins NuStep, 45 mins weight lifting
    Personal total 385 mins.

    Group total 2694 + 135 = 2829 total
  • 60 min weights yesterday

    Group total ~ 2829 + 60 = 2889 min
  • 45 at the gym (a new best!) this morning, so 588 total for me.

    Group total = 2889 + 45 = 2934
