Good day everyone! Well, I'm happy to report that for some unknown reason, I think my loss yesterday was a true loss. My scale was down this morning -- its odd since it was higher yesterday am hence I was not expecting any loss but maybe a gain. So, I'm happy
I also took a 35 minute walk at lunch and will also take one tonight with my dog. So, things are going well. I am keeping the 2.8 to go until free in my mind. Hmm, need to add something to my ticker...
For setting goals - I agree with Nancy, hit your 10% then work with your leader to figure out your next goal. Is it another 10% ? My leader also allowed me to set my goal at the highest weight for my height -- which for me works well.
Well, off to get some stuff done.
