Hey SOFTBALL ~ I probably can't help much but a couple of things came to mind I wanted to share. My daughter played college tennis, at a Christian college here in California, a few years ago.
#1 ~ I remember my kiddo telling me how hard it was to eat healthy in the cafeteria...there were some healthy choices, but it was ALWAYS the same healthy choices.
#2 ~ With all the travel
(snacks on the bus/plane/vans) it was hard.
#3 ~ Places the team stopped for dinner
(fast food and chain restaurants)...there was always "better" choices but if she wasn't prepared it would cost her many calories.
#4 ~ I always brought snacks for the kids...a lot of long matches! I was known as
snack daddy
Anyway....I brought fruit, cookies, drinks...etc. Some healthy ~ some not so healthy...I usually
took home most of the not so healthy stuff
#5 ~ My daughter had great trainers (and a real jerk of a coach!

) but I did notice many of them were "training" too and maybe a little lacking in knowledge...may not be the case for you though.
I know it is hard for you to lose weight with so much going on! The only thing you can do is
START! You have a lot of support here that won't let you down! It will be a long road...a pound at a time, but you
will get it done...you
have too! You are young and healthy...there are a lot of women here that wished they would have made changes in their lives at your age...do it for you! Get in a couple of my threads

I will
guarantee you a 5 POUND loss and get you in a
5K....
May our Heavenly Father bless you in your efforts! Good luck kiddo ~ Gary
