I have seen fruit cups drizzled with syrup, veggies laden with butter, bread dripping with oil, pastas with marinara sauces that had more olive oil than tomato on them.

True C-D....there is a chain restaraunt that's turkey burger has way more calories than their other burgers. One thing I am finding out...sometimes...what appears to be the best choice isn't!
I think when it comes to eating out we have to be smart. I don't eat anywhere that I don't know exactly how many calories, fat and carbs are in the dish. Think about it this way. If they don't have nutritional information that probably means it isn't good for you to eat so don't bother eating it.
