  • I snuck in 3 miles this morning, yippee! Tomorrow morning I have an 8 miler and I'm going to go biking tonight with DH to stretch my legs out, looking forward to it!

  • I did my long run of 8 miles this morning and I got rained on so I got soggy shoes now!

    I was thinking of aiming for a double challenge, 100 miles. Hmmmm, that would be fun!

    Here's my mileage for last week.

    5/1 - Treadmill Incline Walk (3 miles)
    5/2 - OFF (Cross training day at gym)
    5/3 - Park Run/Walk (4 miles)
    5/4 - Treadmill Incline Walk (3 miles)

    Total for challenge: 10 miles

    May Challenge: Walk/Run 80 miles! 10/80

  • 3.5 miles today. Total: 9.25. Hey, I think I can actually do this!
