JayEll, Rockinrobin you're right, I could of just saved the other half of the sub for later. Alas no worries about it now hehe.
I added up my calories for yesteray and it didn't break 1000

Not good, but I'm trying for a good average. I know somedays I won't eat much and other days I eat too much, I need to even it out a little. I wasn't very hungry yesterday, I just happened to have a bunch of low calorie foods.
Today for dinner I made Minestrone soup. No meat, no pasta... ton of veggies. Squash, tomatos onions ect.. it was yummy and had two bowls without feeling stuffed or heavy.
I still haven't had as many furits as I need. I only get about 2 servings a day. (mostly a apple and later 3 or 4 big strawberries) I love melons so I'm going to get some watermelon, honeydew and cantaloupe, grapes too. I hope it will help with the detox.
It's my weekend and I'm hitting the gym late tonight with my DF and bestfriend. I finally got my DF to join our gym. lol now he has no choice *evil laugh*
