    2. Give us one tip about healthier eating. Fiber One, every day, if not twice a day.

    3. Give us one tip about increasing activity. I print out a blank calendar page from my palm program and record how many minutes I’ve put in. I started with 5 minutes a day cardio (an old Nordic Track from 15 years ago) 1/12/08 and have been doing 60 minutes 5 days a week since 2/9/08.

    4. Do you have just a few pounds to lose or are you almost at goal from a larger weight loss? I am half way to my goal, but I have to see how I feel once I’m there.

    5. Have you purchased a book or magazine because a 3FCer recommended it? Tell us more. I’m a newbie, so, no.

    6. One health gadget you have or one you'd like to have. I have lots of gadgets. I probably like my heart rate monitor the best, but have found gadgets do not equal success or motivation. I’d like to find earbuds for my MP3 player that don’t fall out when I’m sweating.

    7. Do you lurk in the Maintainers' forum? nope

    8. How many times per week do you read in the Goal! threads? None yet. (newbie)

    9. Are you guilty of not recognizing your own accomplishments? Very much so. I’ve started recording the number of times someone compliments me on my calendar so I can remind myself that it is becoming obvious. I’m not losing my weight/inches from the body parts that need it.

    10. Something about you that not many people know. I used to police hazardous waste sites in upstate NY for the state of NY.
