    Hi all. This is my first ever post, anywhere!

    I'm trying WW Core. Been on it since Monday. So far so good.

    Feb 21: Core, Treadmill 20 minutes, 1 mile
    Feb 23: Core, Treadmill 30 minutes 1.5 miles; 217 lbs
    Feb 26: Core, Treadmill 30 minutes 1.5 miles; 216 lbs

    Welcome to the world of "cyber-support."

    On this "thread" (set of posts), a few of us are recording some combination of our daily exercise and/or calories/points and/or weight. Each day we go back to the first message and click on the "edit" button and add the next day's data. You are VERY welcome to join us.
