
Food today - B: fruit/greens smoothie L: Salad D: Black bean soup, carrot and celery sticks S: fruit of some sort or another


I'd rather just count calories and not strive towards a pound of this or a cup of that.
I like more beans and legumes than are "allowed". I feel like I do better with the protein-rich vegan foods. I also love tofu and a little good oil here and there. I have NO problem eating all the veggies, as I do that regularly anyway!
