Once a week.
I just can't handle the ups and downs of weighing in every day. And for the longest time I couldn't even step on a scale...
When I first started this journey I opted against weighing in and just took measurements. I had to break my unhealthy obsession with the scale.

I' pretty glad I did though, because now I'm pretty happy with myself whether or not I'm losing.
But recently every sunday morning I've hopped on that scale...even when I've been sure I'll gain. I still measure every week too.
