I gave myself the challenge of doing one of my videos every day this month. Since boobalah is now joining me, I have had to go back to the 1 & 2 mile WATP. However, he tore something in his calf Saturday morning and had to drop out. I think he'll be able to rejoin me by Wednesday.
Today I did the WAT Waist with the belt.
I did the complete 5 mile workout with the belt, stretchie and weights yesterday.
We helped my DD move on Saturday. Poor boobalah was wearing an ace bandage but he did it. He did have to take some Advil in the afternoon.

We did the Fast Firm workout with the stretchie. It's a good firming workout.
Yesterday was supposed to be a gym workout, but when I got there, I wasn't that focussed, so gave it 20 minutes and gave up. Went for half an hour walk after dinner, so that still counts!

40 minutes - Treadmill (3.31 miles)

Great walk today 4.5 miles.
Had some cramping during my run today so I cut it short. Hound and I ran 2 miles (195 cals).
We did the Fat Burner Walk with weights this morning. Well, boobalah used the weights. We have to get my ankle weights out of the scuba kit so I can hold those.
