  • Ladies be careful if you go for a walk today, in KY we are having heat advisories.
  • Today I am determined to stay on track with my food. I went off track a little yesterday.
  • Today I am determined to stay on track food wise. And since it's payday, that means a stop at the shopping centre for groceries and a takeaway for dinner.

    That takeaway is going to be sushi rather than something unhealthy like McD's or Chinese.
  • I am determined to eat well today even though I have received 20 panicked phone calls from people who need something done RIGHT NOW and that used to send me into stress eating. Not gonna do it today.
  • Today I am determined to exercise for at least 30 minutes, taken in 10-minute increments. I have a busy week, so it's easy to find excuses. In fact, I think I'll go do my second 10 minutes RIGHT NOW!!

  • Today I am determined to: eat enough fiber! Fine tuning the diet is HARD!
  • Today I am determined to get my exercise indoors. The humidity is insane and, even after dark, I just can't handle my usual walking schedule. It's easy to let it become an excuse to not exercise, but I'm not letting that happen today!
  • Today I am determined to stay in my calorie range and stay away from the Choc n roll ice cream in the freezer. Hmmm....where's the "I can't have_______ in the kitchen" thread.
  • Today I am determined to get my closets and dresser drawers in order. It makes me feel good when everything is organized and in place. When I feel good, I take care of me better. When I take care of me better, I take care of everyone and everything better.
  • Today I am determined to get to bed early. I have to turn off that darn TV! Today, I'm so tired that I cant even contemplate exercising.
  • Run 2 miles even though it's blistering hot out. I can't do it early, now, because I have to get the kids up and ready and to school.
  • Today I am determined to: NOT graze the kids snacks at VBS tonight.
  • Today I am determined to make this day count by eating on plan, no binges after supper, and exercise at the gym for two 10 min intervals. I can do it!
  • Exercise! I actually drove to the gym yesterday, only to find out they had changed their child care hours. I would have had a grand total of 10 minutes to exercise. LOL So, I came home, and I'm going back today.
