Food: Southbeach menu and 1700 calories daily.
Water: 64 ounces a day
Exercise: 60 minutes of cardio per day

Well for right now everything that I am going to do in going to be with the metric system since I am in Korea right now. I am going to start my progress with the 25th which is Friday because of the time difference with me being in Korea. It is Thursday night for me right now. HAPPY LOSING LOSERS!!!!!!
