  • I've kind of fallin' off the weight loss wagon but have gotten the courage to start again. This challenge will be a good start I think. Count me in....

    I'm setting my goal at 10lbs lost and 10 hours of exercise.
  • I'm a newbie and decided to go this message board to help me stay on the points program wagon. My goal is to lose 8 pounds in August.

    chrissy-i did too last weekend big time and since i threw my bk out cannot exercise and am getting scared bc i think i may have gained bout 5 lbs but have been op since monday
  • I'll join in. I want to lose 5 lbs by the end of August and 30 minutes of exercise 3x a week.

    I understand how you feel, I haven't done any major exercise in about two weeks and I'm worried about it too.

  • Virgo1969, I know just what you mean!! It's so hard to do anything once I sit down and take my shoes off. I walk an average of 4 miles a day at work, and a chair just feels SO good...
