  • I do both ... I'm excited about 'just a little more' and I get complacent cuz 'this isn't bad'.

    I've spent more time 'almost there'
  • I'm getting more strict because my weight loss is already slowing down.

    However, now that I'm almost done with being overweight, I no longer feel the immense depression and self hatred that I did at 175 (16 pounds heavier). I haven't even lost that much, but I've dropped a pants size and FEEL much smaller. Still, I've been reasonably "good" with my dieting and exercise because I'm nowhere near done losing my weight. I've slacked before, but when I do, I feel so guilty because I get scared that I'm going to pack the pounds right back on
  • I cut out Low fat cheese from my meals-this is like cutting off my arm!! I am 100 times more strict than when I started. I am going to Philly in Sept. and those cheese steaks are divine. I'm thinking about not even eating one! What is up with THAT!!!! Also, I will NOT be partaking of any stadium food this football season. I think I bumped my head.......
