  • hehe yeah Gale. I just got to get to point where my legs can push up my weight on thier own. Even though I can max out the leg press @ 200lbs its just not enough yet. But I'll get there.

    And it really is almost a necessity, since I've gone through a lot of sizes this year.

    I know what you mean, it's still hard for me to haul myself up a rock face. But, I've noticed that it gets easier and easier the more weight that I lose. Just one more incentive to keep on keeping on!
  • Oh-- Outland-- I love bike riding. I am just getting back into it again. What a workout. Really though.. it is the whole wind in your hair thing.

    I too would like to go sky diving--- that is a good goal treat. Hmm...
