Well, no beer, 2 pauses and South Beach Phase 1, 2 pauses. Thing is, with SB you aren't supposed to take ANY pauses, especially during the first phase, so I'm going to try to make it 2 weeks with no pause. Oh, this all sounds so hard, but last time I tried it I lost 8 pounds, so if I stick it out I will be one happy
