My turn!!!
My end of June goal is to reach 160. I haven't made it past 165 on this scale and seeing 163 was a HUGE motivator.
So hopefully by the end of the month, I'll be down 3 lbs. Not an unreasonable goal. I'm hardly ever hungry and I love my foods now.
Other goals: Jog a mile continuously instead of breaking it up. Work out twice a day for 2 days/week.
