    Breakfast:
    Coffee w/skim milk
    Steel cut oats
    Apple
    Walnuts
    Protein powder

    Lunch:
    Sashmi box lunch
    salad
    miso soup

    Snack:
    Breyer's Light yogurt

    Dinner:
    Anipasta salad
    Regular crust pizza (ok, better call this a cheat meal!), but w/chicken, tomatoes and pesto sauce
    YOU: turn!

    Snack:
    Kashi Cinnamon Harvest cereal
    milk

    not the greatest day food wise........the muffins were whole wheat, 1 egg, becel marg, blueberries, brown sugar splenda..not bad for a muffin

    Morningstar Farm black bean burger
    ww english muffin
    slice lf cheese
    sliced tomato
    smidge of low carb Ranch dressing
    (I have to say that I really enjoy this lunch - we often have it on Saturdays - DF has 2 of these "burgers" and I have one, and they are just so tasty and filling!)

    Snack:
    Breyer's Light yogurt

    Dinner:
    Same as lunch

    Snack:
    Kashi Cinnamon Harvest cereal
    milk

    20 oz water

    Mid Morning Snack
    1 Bannana
    8 oz water

    Lunch
    1 Beef Enchilada
    8 oz water

    Afternoon Snack
    Pumpkin Seeds and Soy nuts

    Dinner
    Salmon and Spinach Salad

    Dessert
    1oz dark chocolate
