Azmom, getting down to 115 has been a real struggle for me and I have to admit that I'm starting to think it might be unrealistic. I got down to 116 last August but then had a few off-plan weeks and quickly worked my way back up to 122.
I exercise every day for at least one hour, including 3 days a week strength-training with a personal trainer, 1 day swimming, and 1 day running 6 miles, and pretty intense cardio the other two days. My eating could probably use a little improvement--when I am on plan, I keep to around 1400-1500 calories per day, but there's stuff I eat that isn't exactly "clean." It's not terrible but it could be better. I am still losing weight (at least when I'm on plan), though, and I'm not really willing to make anymore changes in my diet right now. At this point I'm just keeping on keeping on for the next few months to see how low I can get. I look pretty good so if I can't get down to 115, so be it. I haven't tried to eat at a maintenance level yet, so I have no idea if my ending weight will be sustainable.
When I've gotten stuck at a weight, the things that helped me were to change up either my exercise routine or my diet. At one point I significantly ramped up the intensity of my exercise (increased cardio, new trainer that pushed me a lot harder). Recently I've added the 1 day of swimming and the 1 day of running. Also, increasing my calories helped at one point. I was eating 1200-1300 calories per day and stalled for a while after I changed up my exercise routine. I was also pretty hungry. Someone finally suggested I increase my calories and once I did the weight started coming off again.
So if you've gotten into a routine with your exercise, maybe try something new. My trainer is always after me to change up my cardio routine. If you do the same thing over and over again, your body adjusts to it. If you are able to, consider hiring a personal trainer--my trainer has been a huge factor in my success. Or try eating at a maintenance level for a while and then drop your calories back down again.
The fact that you've maintained at 120-125 for the past five years is fantastic.

You've been doing this a lot longer than me; I should probably be asking you for advice! And given that you are the same height as me, I have to believe you look great because I know that I do.
