  • I will probably just be copying and pasting all week! This is how exciting my breakfast gets during the week.

    ROBIN what are the protein bars that you use?


    coffee 1 T 1/2 and 1/2
    2 egg omelette with 1/2 oz mozzarella
    16 oz bottle water
  • 01/02
    blue bunny carb freedom vanilla yogurt/
    scoop of EAS Carb Advantage Vanilla Protein Powder-Smoothie

    hard boiled egg
    couple of grilled chicken nibbles

    (snacked out of lunchbox for breaky )

    B-Dr Suess Green Eggs & Ham[eggs beaten with pesto sauce mix,butter,confetti slice ham] 1 c soy milk

  • 1/4/07 A LC breakfast bar and coffee.
  • 1/4 (on third day of induction )

    2 Egg Omlette, Two Thin Slices of Cream Cheese

    b-protein pancakes[whole egg, 2 egg whites,protein powder,splenda cinn,vanilla]S/F syrup, soy milk.

    b-Banana creamed oatmeal[ground almonds,flaxmeal,splenda banana extract heavy cream] 1 c soy milk for tea.
  • 1/6 A LC breakfast bar and coffee.
  • 1/6/07:
    Three eggs and three pieces of turkey bacon with a bottle of water.
  • 1/6 One half roll of sausage. Pan fried.
  • 3 egg omellete with a T of peppers and onions (It was more like brunch)

    I dont use protein bars....I wanted to know what kind Lily used

    but the protein powder I use is, optimum nutrition...double chocolate
