I agree... you are not eating enough and it is not balanced. I know it is not easy as I too have a heavy work schedule... but by taking my breakfast and lunch both to work with me I manage to stick on a healthful schedule. You can do it! It just takes planning! I wish you the best!!

One thing I really got used to eating almost every single day was Lean Pockets Ultra Pizza.
200 cals
6g fat
19 g carbs
24g protein

I still eat them cause they're fast and easy and surprisingly good.
I think it's the protein, but it really keeps hunger at bay for a long time.
Not that it fills you up, it just makes you not hungry.
I really like them.

I've too looked at Lean Pockets because they look really good on TV, but I'm a vegetarian and all the ones I've seen had meat in them. The company is losing out on my money.
