That is SUPER scary!! Thank you for having me look into that. My doctor recomended I take it to help stabalize my blood sugar because I have a big problem with getting super dizzy and moody a couple hours after I eat... Anyone know of any safer methods of keeping my sugar stable?! I'm going to stop taking it!

Maybe you have too much sugar, and the dizzyness and such is withdrawl or overdose of sugar?? If that is the case, your best bet would probably be to keep to natural sugared foods/drinks, etc... I"m no expert though....

Actually... I don't eat any processed sugar at all!! Nobody's sure why my sugar levels are so iffy... I test normally on everything else, my blood sugar just has a rough time of regulating itself

Check out this test... it might give some insght??? My husband is a Diabetic and has trouble with his blood sugar as well, and I"m checking out "The Sugar Solution" book... it looks really good and helpful for anyone with blood sugar level problems.

The doc suggested I take Digestive Enzymes because he doesn't think that my body is digesting my food properly (I get bloated and feel sick after eating alot of times). It's not breaking it down enough to use it. I went out today and bought some, so I'll tell you if they work or not.
The same thing happens to me, I think maybe I'll just buy some too, it's worth a try! Where do you get them? Can I go to a Walmart??

Oh - and I take a multi-vitamin too... someone mentioned Flintstones vitamins (Sorry I didn't grab the name), they're easier to digest!

Digestive enzymes are found at any pharmacy.... I've been taking them now for 2 days and feel so much better... I don't feel bloated after eating anymore... it's so nice!
