Cristina: You be sure and take care of your back. I thought I had a minor injury and I stayed off work for over a week and it continually got worse. By the time the ambulance took me to the hospital, I no longer felt my bladder or bowel movements. They said I could have been paralysed or died when my bladder ruptured. This was 1982 and I still have problems with my back even though they operated to fix the problem. If you feel pain down the back of one of your legs, get numbness, don't get the sensation that you have to pee or continued pain, see a doctor. I was almost too late.
I don't want to alarm you, I just want you to be informed. Thinking of you.
BTW. Josh's box will go out on Monday. Does he have a favorite candy or snack that I can throw in for packing? Count me in on the stockings and stuffers!

YAY to those of you who are doing well!!

Since I was sick yesterday and today, I'm running behind, but think I'll be able to do the treadmill tomorrow.

SUE...I definitely think moving counts as exercise...you do get quite a work out for sure.

NORMA...thanks for the tip...I wouldn't let anything go to long before going to the doc. My back though goes out every now and then, especially when I forget to bend the right way which is what I did. I didn't bend at the knees. But it is usually fine after 5-7 days...good enough for me to get back to a normal routine. And THANK YOU for the package for Josh...that is really sweet and I know those guys will appreciate the books! His favorite candy used to be twizzlers/red vines, that and hot tamales, favorite snack is beef jerky...anything you want to send is fine because you don't have to missy, and I know you know that. I will let him know.

JANE...I hope you are feeling better and was able to get on the treadmill...I sure do miss working out-never thought I would hear myself say that but I do!

Keep up the good work ladies! And I will be in next weeks challenge!

Stuck on S-T-......I haven't had time to do anything at all exercise wise. But believe me, I am not getting to sit for a moment, so am getting plenty of exercise.
I will try again next week...

Here I posted the new weekly challenge and didn't join!! I have just been too much in a hurry to read anything else but the chitchat thread.

Sorry!

I'm going to start next weeks challenge. And I'll post my challenge!
