I lost 1.5 lb myself - I think due to TOM when I always lose my appetite a bit - everything is too much effort even eating sadly does not last for long!).
Welcome munchkin Have you took any pics? I can normally tell better by looking at pics. Last time I lost 50 pounds (I put it all back on ) I couldn't tell by looking in the mirror. I'm at the 11 pound mark this time round as well. I have more to lose than you though.
Munchkin - have you been exercising? Last time I went down from 11st to 9.5 st I did not think there was any difference (apart from being able to fit clothes) but I reckon there was a lot of loose skin cos of not exercising.
Is there a difference clothes wise? Have you measured yourself? Check how your boobies are in a bra - are the cups puckering - a bit loose? Can you wear your favourite trousers without feeling you have been cut in half - can you still breathe? - that's the thing for me.

Hi Munchkin - can other people tell? 11lbs is noticeable... Do you know anyone you haven't seen since you started dieting? Can they tell? Sometimes it's hard for us to see in the mirror, since we check it every day. Anyway, 11lbs is 11lbs, with the NEXT 11lbs you'll be a peastick

When I got down to 8.5 stone years ago - I got no praise for it - even my mum did not say her usual "Your arse is looking smaller" which is what keeps us going so I thought"'sod it". But don't worry you will get virtual hugs and good wishes from us for every pound never mind the stones!!
thanks . Other people say they can notice it around my face and wasit but i just cant see it, the only way i notice weight loss is by buying smaller sized clothes. But i will get to where i wanna be on the scales sooner or later, spose its just gunna take alot of dedication and work, which im ready to do

I'm still down just that pound. Not bad, but no cigar! Hopefully I'll be able to try lots harder this weekend since we aren't going away anywhere or anything like that! I might be going to visit some friends and doing the tourist thing in London, but I can cope - I know where to get healthy food
Oh yeah, goal for next hump day (you know, like in Slimming World!!!) I want to be 12st 4lbs, so hopefully 2lbs down next week
