Not so great, unfortunately! I've been on low-carb diet for two months. Have done this several times before, last time lost 31 pounds. Could never get motivated to get back on the bandwagon and gained it back in 2 years. Anyway, hubby and I are on this thing, doing exact same format, only instead of losing we're stuck. I lost 10 pounds in first 3 weeks, and the past 5 week's I've spent gaining and losing 5 of those pounds. Not sure why this time it's not working. I've not even been drinking diet soda, (mostly coffee and water) and we're not eating a lot of diet desserts like we did before. Mainly just meat and veggies. What could be wrong? Just odd that we're both experiencing this lull even though we're doing what we successfully did two years ago.
