Default Linda from BC

Hi Linda, Well, I'm 5 4', and 63 and have diabetes. ill be starting on the CORE diet--I feel better with bread or hot cereal in the morning also--There's a Orowheat ww bread, that I think is1 point for 2 slices--not bad bread---Can we mix eggs and bread togther for French toast? My blood sugar will go way down in the 60's and 70's in the afternoon if I wait too long to eat---then your real shakey, and can't think very well--all you want to do is stop that shakey feeling--and sometimes it takes a ittle while for it to get back to normal---I saw a recipe for Oatmeal pancakes woth oatmeal and cottage cheese, an eggs all blended together---tried them and they were good--put in sweetner and vanilla--then use sf syrup---very good---Are you on just pills or insulin---I'm on pills and insulin once a night. Hope you can find the right foods to eat that will keep you feeling okay. Bye for now. Rosemary

Smile Question about SF Cool Whip

Hi, I have a question---Some where I saw the subject about Cool Whip--It's not CORE, except if you only have 2 T.. But then someone said that the whole carton was so many points--either 6or 8---So what ever amount can be counted as points---My question is does anyone know how many points the carton of SF Cool whip would be? It does have some fat in it, so I guess that would make more points---I have been off of sugar for 6 1/2 months, and the SF Cool whip really helps having it on my SF desserts. Would appreciate your answer.Am getting ready to start the CORE diet soon-- Everything that I have read about it looks like something I could stay with. Thank You. Rosemary

Hi everyone,
My name is Stacey, I'm not new to WW and I've been looking at these boards for a couple of years. I just didn't post much. Now I need help! I was going to the same meeting with amazing people for 3 years and lost 40 pounds. I'm a lifer who's slipped back into her old life. I moved away from that meeting to a wonderful place but I really don't like the meetings here so I just let myself go. Now I'm up 50 pounds and miserable. Two weeks ago I signed a contract with my office workers that I will follow the CORE plan and lose my weight. They are not to tempt me and they are permitted to slap me if I stray....LOL. Naturally they are all skinny and can eat anything. So far so good, I'm down 3 pounds and don't feel as bloated or angry. I just think getting a little help from you guys would be great. In reading other threads I realize (duh) I'm not the only one on this boat. I love the recipes and print them out. I have this binder so I go back to my favorites. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and I will absolutely be back daily.
