Okay guys, I've been getting some sun on my deck, now I'm going to do my crunches. I did the Firm yesterday and tried to get it in today, but I only got 3/4 of the way through. I was having way too many interruptions. I missed the ab workout, so I'm off to do my 100!
Ok got to this challenge late apparently...I am going to do 100 today and 100 tomorrow... Are we continuing this sort of thing every week? I think it would be fun.
I've only done 40 so far this week. I fell Wednesday morning and have a huge bruise on my back so I've been waiting for it to heal some before I attempt to do my other 60. Next week I'm going to continue with crunches but try for 50 everyday, then the next week move up to 75 a day, then 100 a day.
Thanks Batmom! Luckily I landed on the fat part of my back, almost on my hip and it doesn't hurt at all except for the bruise but I'm still going to take the opportunity to take it easy
